Days 1–30

You will notice what was invisible. The script you didn't know you had will become legible. This is uncomfortable. It is also the work.

You begin to choose. Slowly. Imperfectly. The new script does not arrive fully formed — it arrives one small moment at a time.

Stabilize

Days 61–90

What was interrupted becomes what is normal. The new rhythm takes root. Not because you performed it — because you practiced it.
